Seiya-kun has a really tough life! Besides being a member of the popular idol group,
Three Lights, he was also one of the Sailor StarLights, Sailor StarFighter. "What? How
can this be? Isn't he a she" That may be true. In the manga, Naoko Takeuchi had
created the Lights to be all female all the time, and she had admitted that it annoyed her
how the animators made them guys. But we're talking about the anime here, and Seiya
was a he and a she.
Sailor StarFighter is one of the three SailorStarLights. They had came to Earth to look for
their princess, Princess Kakyuu, because Galaxia had conquered their planet, Kinmoku.
They managed to come up with the idea of posing an idol group to attract people to them,
and hoping they'd find the princess through their song's messages.
Their uniform consists of black leather bikini-ish tops and extremely short shorts.
The StarLights' uniform also has gloves which cover about three-fourths of the arm and
boots which reach up to the middle of the thigh. Two thin straps wrap around the waist
and a star is at their crossing point.
You can recognize StarFighter by her sapphire-colored eyes, and long black ponytail. During
the anime, it is obvious she is the leader of the StarLights. The choker around her neck
and a strap around her arm are pale blue and have a golden buckle. Sailor StarFighter's uniform
is as described above, but the straps are a pale blue. The straps of a StarLights' uniform
goes with their eyes. (Or at least that's what I noticed...o_O)
